Whether you’re struggling to maximise business value, exiting, unlocking your people’s potential, resolving specific issues, or you need a board advisor/sounding board, after 19 years of business growth experience, there’s rarely an issue I haven’t encountered and helped to resolve.

Supporting founders and organisations to achieve their goals and reach their business potential is my mission. While I am not a lawyer, I have been CEO of a top 200 law firm with over 400 employees.

I’m also an International Board Advisor, experienced NED, and Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University Management School. As a result of the positions I hold and the experience I’ve gained, I’m able to confidently provide simple, actionable solutions to enable you to unlock the potential of your business, and the most valuable asset it has; the people.

Non-Exec Director/Chair:

Prices start from £25,000 pa + VAT for up to 2 days per month.

Reasonable expenses to be covered.
